There is a lot of misinformation being put out by a for profit, special interest group. Here are the facts:

We need to work together on real issues that matter in our everyday lives.
I want to hear what you have to say and find out what's important to you.

Four years seem to have flown by. In spite of covid and all those zoom meetings, I think we have gotten a lot accomplished in Roseville. I am beginning my campaign for re-election to the Roseville City Council and I ask for your support and your vote on November 8th.

These are some of the issues I have worked on and will continue to work on representing you on the Roseville City Council.

Environment and Climate Change: I support clean water, clean air, and establishing a date for zero net carbon in Roseville.

Community Policing: I support ongoing training in racial justice, mental health crisis response, social workers in response teams, and public accountability.

Transportation: I support improvements to public transit and connectivity of biking and walking paths.

Accessibility: I support universal implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, curb cut improvements, and access for all to play grounds, city parks and all activities.

Youth Protection and Empowerment: I have advocated for and passed bans on youth conversion therapy and the sale of flavored tobacco to youth.

Inclusivity and Equity: I actively promote diverse representation in city hiring and commission appointments.

Transparency in Government: I support transparent government, which offers clear, attentive, and respectful communication with residents.

Thank you,

Wayne Groff

Neighbors and friends gathered for our campaign kick-off on the patio. I appreciate all of your support.

All Are Welcome in Roseville! We had a gathering to celebrate the beautiful flowering tree in my mother and father-in-law's yard next door to our home. We were a bit delayed due to a thunderstorm. But as friends and neighbors gathered this colorful rainbow appeared reminding us that All Are Welcome in Roseville. What a beauty!

Thank you to Superintendent Aldo Sicoli and the staff at Central Park Elementary School for the tour of the new addition and upgrades. Good to see the work being done to educate the students. Some great questions from the elected officials attending - very informative.

I have experience:

BUSINESS
Working as an independent contractor with a major real estate brokerage firm for the past 40 years, I have a unique understanding of the business world from the perspective of an individual business owner and also that of a large business organization.

CITY GOVERNMENT
I have been active in city government for the past 30 years. Currently, I am serving on the Roseville Planning Commission following 8 years service on the Human Rights Commission.

HOUSING
With many years of experience in real estate, I know what it takes to create a healthy community: a balanced mix of housing that matches employer and resident needs and the amenities and services (including schools, police, and fire) needed to protect and increase existing property values.

I will focus on:

COMMUNITY
• Promote fair and open government
• Encourage participation by all residents

PARKS, LAKES, AND ENVIRONMENT
• Preserve our award winning parks and recreation areas.
• Manage rain water run-off and protect our watershed

GETTING AROUND ROSEVILLE
• Expand bike routes, paths and trails
• Improve public transportation and reduce traffic congestion
